National Learning Event
PWC Regional AGM
This 400 delegate conference ‘Making sense of prudent healthcare’ held in Venue Cymru, was also attended online by a remote audience.
EVENT: MEDICAL / CONFERENCE
VENUE: VENUE CYMRU
CLIENT: PUBLIC HEALTH WALES
TECHNOLOGY: LIVE CAMERA / WEBCAST
CLEARTECH designed and managed all the technical elements including staging, camera crews, webcasting, Twitter and short code SMS solutions. The event was designed to be as accessible to remote people as possible.
As a conference concerning the serious matter of Public Health the client needed to feel confident that we could deliver what was needed.
In addition to the traditional facilities such as staging and set backdrop, CLEARTECH filmed the event using three Sony PMW 400 XDCAM HD cameras.
Vision was mixed via a BMD 4K 1 M/E ATEM vision mixer and a Barco PDS 902 switcher for graphics. The projector choice was a Christie 14K.
The Live webcast was broadcast via our own platform incorporating Teradek encoders using a international Content delivery network.
CLEARTECH also provided all AV support for the four Master-class breakout sessions.
